Silver Connection does not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect made-to-order silver bullion selection.

Silver Connection will not exchange/buy back items that have been resized, seal broken, altered, engraved, changed form of product or damaged due to transportation.

Silver Connection will not refund special orders and special commissions. 

Silver Connection will provide a refund where the products are deemed to be faulty after assessment by the Silver Connection workshop. Items damaged by clients and transportation are non-refundable.

All refund claims must be made within 3 days of purchase and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. All refunds are subject to the approval of Silver Connection will advise you within 7 business days of receiving the item. The refund process will take at least 21 business days to complete from the day we receive a product

All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. Silver Connection will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or the item is damaged or defective. Silver Connection will advise you within 7 business days of receiving the item. 

A refund will be made to the purchaser, upon request, only if payment has been received by Silver Connection. Please contact our customer service at cs.silver@safedepositboxchiangmai.com to initiate a return. You’ll need to provide your customer number, contact details, the reason for the return, and receipt. 

Items should be returned in their original product packaging, sealed, in new saleable condition, and with all paperwork (such as certificates, valuations). Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package.

All shipping return charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. We require that returned items are insured during delivery. Customers are advised to use a verified tracking service to safeguard against loss. Silver Connection does not accept any responsibility for the returned item and whilst in transit until the item has been received by an authorised Silver Connection representative at the above address only and after you have received notification of the successful delivery from your refund application email. 

Please ensure that you take a printed copy of your online tax invoice/ order fulfillment email to the store to confirm your purchase details.

Credit purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account within 21 business days. All other refunds will be in the form of a company cheque or bank transfer and will be posted within 7 days of the refund being approved.

Silver Connection does not take responsibility for any product that has been altered outside our premises by a third party; such items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or buy back programme.
