For your convenience we offer you 4 options for a payment:
Option 1:
Pay directly at Safe Deposit Box Chiang Mai. This can be done in person or through a third-party. Cash / Credit Card / Debit Card / WeChat Pay / Alipay / UnionPay and others are accepted. Please note that credit card payments will incur a 3% service fee.
Option 2:
Bank transfer to company account. Upon completing the payment, please inform us and provide proof of payment so we can verify and update our records then issue a receipt. Please contact us for a bank detail.

Renewals & Cancellations
How Do I Renew My Lease Agreement?
Approximately one month before your contract expires, we will send you a reminder to renew your lease. Please renew before your expiry date to avoid late payment fees. You may pay for your renewal via bank transfer, cash or credit card.
Do I Have To Pay My Rent In Person?
You do not have to be present to pay your rent. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer or online payment. You can pay cash or credit card in person If your rental term has expired, late penalties will be charged to your account.
What If I Never Received Any Communication?
We will make every effort to contact you based on the contact information that you have provided us with. It is your responsibility to make sure this information is up to date. Whether we contact you via email, post, or phone; once we have made such attempt, we will consider our legal obligation to be fulfilled, whether or not you have successfully received such transmission on your end.
What Happens If I Lose My Keys?
If you lose 1 key, you have to pay 4,000 baht
If you lose 2 keys, you have to pay 5,000 baht
Do I Get A Refund If I End My Rental Early?
No, you do not get a refund on the rental fee, but you will get a full refund on your deposit provided you return the box in good condition, including all keys.
Can I Upgrade To A Larger Sized Box In The Middle Of My Term?
Yes, you will get a credit for any unused full months towards the rental of the larger box. Your security deposit will be switched to the new box.
Can I Access My Box If I Have An Outstanding Balance?
No, To have access to your safe deposit box, you will have to pay any outstanding rental fees and late penalties.
If you will be out of town when your rent is due, Contact us in advance by Email so that we can find the best payment solution and you can avoid additional charges.
How Do I End My Box Rental? When Will I Receive My Deposit Refund?
You may cancel your rental at any time during regular business hours.
Return the box in good condition along with both keys.
Deposit will be returned less any outstanding fees, lost key charge and damage charge. If it is during our normal business hours Deposit will be given on termination of rental. Holidays or evenings Deposit will be returned the next business day by cash or Bank Transfer to a local bank account.
What Happens If I Don't Renew Or Cancel My Lease Before The Expiry Date? Will I Be Penalized?
We will send you a invoice one month before your rental expires. If you have not paid there will be a late penalty of 5% of balance due, for every 30-day period that your account is overdue.
If you or your representatives do not contact us within 180 days after your account expires, we reserve the right to forcibly gain access and remove the contents of your locker, we will document the content. If you contact us at a later date, you will only be granted access once you have paid all outstanding dues, including late penalties, outstanding rent, and charges incurred by us to access your safe deposit box.
After 1 year your contents will be forfeited and liquidated.
