Safe Deposit Box Chiang Mai is a privately owned family business offering safe deposit box facilities and affording its clients the highest levels of privacy. We are centrally located in the heart of Chiang Mai at Nimmanhaemin Soi 15 for easy access with parking on-site. Our Principal is a long time Expat from New York who has lived in Thailand for more than 22 years. He is now retired. He is a family man and is married to a Thai Citizen who was born and raised in the local area.

Both he and his wife own the unit that the vault is located in, always debt-free as well as substantial holdings in the building (the entire penthouse top floor units) in the building and elsewhere. He has a long history of successful garment career in both wholesale and retail stores, family real estate, family Law and and has extensive experience in investing precious metals with decades of experience.

With Safe Deposit Box Chiang Mai, you can rest easy knowing your valuables are secure. Our purpose built vault is monitored by our internal as well as the building’s CCTV. Situated in a secure concrete reinforced building. Our CCTV surveillance system is monitored 24 hours a day. Onsite and offsite remote monitoring for maximum security. There is live security throughout the evening 7 days a week.

Our purpose-built vault with Safety Deposit Boxes is constructed with reinforced steel and fire-resistant concrete, the vault door is 300 kilos of reinforced steel with state-of-the-art security protection by cutting edge security and sophisticated technology, which surpasses the standards even set by banks. Entrance through a locked steel security door, making them virtually impenetrable. Inside the safe room, your individual safe deposit box is equipped with dual locks. You have the only key which must be presented and matched with ours to open the box. Dual-key locking systems inside the vault – to access your personal vault, you and one of our security personnel must enter keys at the same time.

Our discreet location with multiple businesses in the building ensures security and anonymity. No one will know you are specifically coming to see us.
